Ladies and Gentlemen: Now is the time for us to start planning for the 18th Annual Pharmacy Society of Rochester Golf Tournament. We will be holding the event on Tuesday, August 4, 2009. This year’s event will return to Shadow Pines in Penfield... Registration will be at 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. The Driving range will be open and a putting contest will be run from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Golf will begin at 11:30 A.M.. Individuals may participate for a registration fee of $100.00 This is the only fundraiser for the Pharmacy Society of Rochester. The money will be used for continuing education programs, speakers and also help to promote the interests of the profession of Pharmacy.

The Pharmacy Society of Rochester represents pharmacists of all areas of the profession from Cayuga. Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates counties. We hope that you will take this opportunity to help support the society. It is also an opportunity to enjoy the good company of fellow professionals. I hope that many of you will take the opportunity to play in the golf scramble. You can arrange your own foursome or we will help arrange one for you.

We offer four levels of sponsorship.

TOURNAMENT SPONSOR: $1000 Includes Name/logo on Event Program, Special recognition at awards reception, and golf package for four.

HOLE SPONSOR: $500 Includes Recognition in Event Program, recognition at awards reception, and golf package for two.

FRIEND: $250 Includes Recognition in Event Program, recognition at awards reception and golf package for one.

TABLE SPONSOR: $500 For Pharmaceutical Display/Information table at Dinner Only.

DINNER ONLY: tickets are $40.00

As many of you know, after dinner we will raffle off many fine items of golf equipment and clothing. If you are interested in donating anything for the raffle you may drop it off at Rochester Drug or contact Jack Mazur at (585) 586-1145. Anyone who has been to the event can testify to the quality of these prizes. Any donations, other than sponsorship, will be used to purchase these items. If anyone would like to donate items to be given away to all participants, such as tees, balls, hats, towels, etc. will also be greatly appreciated. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your help and cooperation for this event and also for your support throughout the year.
